My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were top-notch and clean, but they weren't ready until an hour after check-in, which was a bit frustrating. The service, however, was amazing from the sweet and personable staff to the efficient cleaning crew. The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk with a beautiful view of the beach, offering a great atmosphere. The dining experience was fine overall, but the buffet needed improvements. Despite some setbacks, the hotel provided a wonderful first-time stay in Virginia Beach.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting the typical Marriott Courtyard standards, but unfortunately, my sleep was disrupted by an extremely noisy AC unit and traffic noise from the strip all night. The staff, although friendly and courteous, had some issues with checking us into our prepaid room. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront with plenty of food choices around, making it convenient for my family of five to explore on foot. The dining experience was not ideal, with a long wait and non-descriptive new-age offerings. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
